Gain Expertise and Give Back
Invest in Yourself and Your Future
The Partnership for Excellence relies on dedicated volunteer examiners who contribute hundreds of hours to advancing performance excellence in Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia, and Illinois. Trained examiners assess organizations, provide valuable feedback, and help them identify strengths and opportunities for improvement. If you're ready to invest in your growth and make an impact, we encourage you to apply as a TPE Examiner.
Examiner Profile
TPE examiners come from all sectors and regions of Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia, and Illinois. All are trained in the Baldrige Criteria to help applicant organizations identify their strengths and opportunities for improvement.
Personal & Professional Growth
For many examiners, the exposure and experience has been invaluable in their career. The combination of learning and applying the Baldrige Criteria with regionally based organizations can be a rewarding role both personally and professionally.
Start Locally, Finish Nationally
The Baldrige Performance Excellence Program annually seeks applicants for its National Board of Examiners, which evaluates and supports performance improvement across businesses, schools, hospitals, nonprofits, and government agencies. To expand the nation’s base of trained examiners, a portion of the board is always reserved for new applicants, and all examiners must reapply each year.
